• Set up a Company profile (business name, description, logo, address)
• Set up a Customer profile (display name, profile picture)
• Contact us for support

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, pages visited, timestamps)
• QR code scan events and stamp transaction records
• App performance and crash data

2.3 Camera and QR Code Data

Company accounts use the device camera solely to scan customer QR codes for awarding stamps. We do not store images or video from the camera — only the resulting stamp transaction is recorded.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Operate the loyalty stamp card platform
• Process stamp transactions between Companies and Customers
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., stamp awarded, reward unlocked)
• Improve and personalise the App experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Between Companies and Customers

When a Customer joins a Company's loyalty programme, the Company can see the Customer's display name and stamp history within that programme. Customers can see the Company's public business profile.

4.2 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, including:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App settings.

Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encrypted data storage
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
• Access controls limiting who can access your data

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
